I didn’t have any expectations. No one I knew had went through a home buying process before. It was hard. I needed to fix my credit. But it was so worth it. I can do anything now and my APR has went down as my credit is fixed and I can save money in other things, like car payment etc. Cleveland King opened my mind to so many things. He really cared and listened what I wanted and my dream to own my own business. My friends saw me doing it and now are also on the road of becoming home owners.
