The Legacy Home Buyer Program provides all the money you need for your home purchase except the cost of your home inspection which is about $300-$600 depending on the size and location of the house and who you choose to hire. This cost isn’t due until a week after you identify your home. The other cost is the appraisal fee which is about $500-$700 depending on the size and location of the property. The appraisal is due 2-3 weeks after the inspection is complete. That’s it!!!
You need a 620 credit score. If you don’t know your score or wish to improve in and gain financial literacy, we have two amazing credit counselors that will help you get to where you need to be for home ownership and more.
The easiest way in this country to gain wealth and financial independence is through home ownership. If you want a better school system for your kids, to save more money for your family, to leave something for your children, to enjoy living in your own home, to make whatever changes you want, then home ownership is the easiest way to achieve all these goals.
You call my lender if you have a 620 credit score and they will check your other qualifications such as your debt to income ratio. If you are not sure where you stand credit wise call one of my credit counselors to help you get there.
This program is exclusively for first time home buyers. A first time home buyer is a person who hasn’t purchased a home in 7 years.
